Competitor analysis allows us to present you with opportunities to outgrow your competitors. We identify the minimum amount of features your business needs to stay relevant on the market, identify UX gaps amongst others occupying the space, and brainstorm ways to address these gaps and offer relevant solutions to your potential customers that will make your business stand out.
User research is an integral part of the Bonanza Design process. The team will conduct at least five qualitative user interviews, building empathy with the customer in order to accurately identify their context, needs, and frustrations.
The team builds buyer personas and user journey maps; this allows us to summarise (and humanise) our research findings and better understand the target group.
Bonanza Design’s team is experienced in ideation techniques, and will work alongside your team to generate as many ideas as possible using various methods. The goal is to formulate a list of potential ideas and visualise how to transform them into real-life successes for your business.
Week 2 is similar to a more typical Design Sprint week, customized with Bonanza Design’s unique methods. The team will work with you to conduct a fast ideation and concept development workshop based on insights gathered from Week 1. Once we have realised the concept, the Bonanza Design team work to make your vision a reality in the form of interactive prototypes that can be used for further testing.
Once the idea pool is formed, we start creating a solid concept that will solve the user's problems and improve their current experience.
With the concept completed, the team sets to work on digital clickable prototypes for each page. This step focuses on designing the layout and elaborating on functionalities to create a pleasing and engaging user interface.
With the interactive app (clickable prototypes) at the ready, it is time to put your potential product ideas to the test. The team go all in on user testing with your target market, using the results to inform your end-of-sprint report. The report is the results of the entire Design Sprint journey, with clearly defined next steps as to how we can develop the concept and prototypes in the next sprint. Each sprint allows us to iterate on the prototypes, building a product that will be a guaranteed success once it hits the market.
The team conduct thorough usability testing with at least five users from the target audience, observing among other things, the ways they perform the task and recording their overall experience
Each task performed by the user is rated based on objective criteria (usability, desirability, content). The results are compiled into a report for you, including our recommendations and next steps.
Every sprint is different. At the end of the sprint, you could be presented with a prototype that only requires a few iterations to be market-ready. Whatever the result, Bonanza Design is there to guide you through the next steps to grow your business.

What impressed me most, is their speed and agility in this workflow. They are super fast and all meetings are highly efficient and productive.

Dearest is an interpersonal mindfulness app that aims to break down the barriers around access to mental health support by connecting individuals with certified relationship coaches. It was our pleasure to host a 3-week UX Design Sprint for Dearest, designing and testing their MVP (minimum viable product).

Bonanza Design had the pleasure of working with the whylab team on a four-week sprint to design a native application to enhance their existing services.
Care With Care is committed to creating high-level healthcare worldwide. In response to healthcare professional shortages, they developed a platform to facilitate recruiting and integrating highly motivated healthcare professionals from abroad. Bonanza Design developed a unique six-week UX Design & Branding Sprint during which the team would design Care With Care’s platform from two perspectives: the employees (nurses) and the employer (hospitals). On top of that, Bonanza Design undertook the complete rebranding and website design.

Fulfin is a pioneering fintech company with an unmatched space in the European e-commerce sector. When a business is ready to scale, Fulfin comes in to provide them with the appropriate resources. Bonanza Design had the pleasure of working with Fulfin’s team in a four-week UX Design Sprint. During the sprint, the teams re-designed the Fulfin platform experience (a responsive web application) and user interface, as well as working on new features.
