We wanted to reinvent a workflow for our users on how to achieve a certain outcome. The goal was to have a set of well researched, well tested and well designed UIs which are achieving this desired outcome. The whole project and workflow was very effective. Bonanza has a very clear and structured workflow on how to achieve certain design outcomes and this includes a lot of research and validation. What impressed me most, is their speed and agility in this workflow. They are super fast and all meetings are highly efficient and productive.
